Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken are credit unions and as such have one mission: to serve and support their members. Their members are their upmost priority, benefit from exclusive added values and hold shares of their economic success.

We were hired to create a campaign generating new members, visualizing the emotional market value and anchoring it in the target group’s mind. This is how the “wirbewusst” (us awareness)-campaign started, which we got to look after on a media base and promote in Dortmund and their trading area subsequently.

“wirbewusst” was created as a term to incorporate the cooperative idea of Volksbank as well as “wir” (us) as the company’s corporate maxim to act upon.
