In 2019 Ruhr Oel GmbH – bp Gelsenkirchen celebrated its 90th anniversary. Therefore, we organized a great celebration.
The ceremony was split into three parts, every single one planned, organized and accompanied by us. An open-door day gathering right around 4,000 visitors, a huge staff event hosting around 2,000 staff members and their significant others, and an exclusive VIP night for stakeholders of Ruhr Oel GmbH in Gelsenkirchen’s Hans-Sachs-Haus, that hosted North Rhine-Westphalia’s president Armin Laschet as a speaker.
The open-door day we drafted left thousands of visitors exited. Besides lots of information booths we offered a variety of interviews and show acts as well as a kids’ area for kids and families.
